Troubleshooting frequent issues you could encounter

8.1 My video wasn’t reviewed — what happened?

  • Reviews usually take 24–48 hours.

  • If nothing happens after 48 hours, please contact Support.

8.2 My video was disqualified — why?

  • You’ll receive a notification with details.

  • Common issues: explicit content, no subtitles, fewer than five posting days, or failure to nominate.

8.3 Subtitles aren’t working — how do I fix it?

  • Ensure subtitles are burned into the video.

  • Use editing tools (e.g. TikTok, CapCut, InShot), export the video, then upload on our platform.

8.4 No review response — what now?

  • Double-check: upload vertical Short, nominate it, post on five days, follow content guidelines.

  • If you’ve done everything correctly, reach out to Support with your video link.

8.5 Can I edit a submitted video?

  • Once submitted and nominated, videos cannot be edited.

  • You may upload a new version with corrections before the contest week ends.

8.6 Prize delay — what should I do?

  • Prizes are typically issued within 7 business days after winners are announced.

  • If you haven’t received yours within two weeks, contact Support with your payment ID.

8.7 Missing credit for a week

  • Ensure: five posting days, nominations, guideline compliance.

  • If your entry seems valid but wasn’t credited, send your stats and links to Support.
