How Do I Initiate a Payout?

To initiate a payout, go to your Earnings Menu on the left hand side, and initiate a payout. You must have a minimum of $200 in your account if you have before you can withdraw your earnings.

BENEFICIARY INFORMATION

Payments will only be made to the same beneficiary's name as provided during the KYC onboarding process. If you need to change this name (for example, you have changed your name, the name assigned to your ID documentation is different to the beneficiary's name of your bank in your country, or you would like to be paid to a legal entity) please contact support@sex.com. You will need to provide proof of the reason for the change being required, we may need additional information from you as part of the due diligence process, and we reserve the absolute right to reject your request. If you request payment to a legal entity, the information provided during the KYC verification must be an UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) of the entity, in accordance with EU 2015/849, as amended, regardless of the entity being subject to EU legislation. Payments will not be made to third parties under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, spouses, family members, escrow services, business partners, court appointed guardians, or receivers of any kind.
