Rules and guidelines

Updated over a year ago

Do not break copyright/trademark laws

Avoid actions that would result in a DMCA takedown notice. Example: using a Disney Princess name for your Creator’s name or non-licensed music in the background.

Don't solicit funds for or advertise other services

Do not use sex.com to advertise for any other business you may have off the platform. Do not spam users or solicit your other businesses, competitor sites, or any businesses / projects that are not sex.com.

Don't try to arrange offline payments

Don't try and convince users to wire money directly to you. To continue your success on the platform, tipping and purchases should only be made on sex.com. Get in touch to let us know how we can help you grow your following and build a strong community of subscribers.

Do not mention/promote competing websites (any site that your Creator handle(s) can be found where you, as the Creator, make money off your content)

You are not allowed to divert users to other sites, nor are you allowed to have their props visible.

No organizing prostitution/escort services

Prostitution and escort services cannot be arranged through the site. If this is detected, we will follow through on our three-strike rule (see Content guidelines - Permanent Ban).

Broadcasting in public

Make sure you are streaming from a private, controlled environment. Outdoor broadcasts are only permitted with the property owner's consent and from where there is no public audience visible.

Your account is for you only

You can't transfer your account or let others use it, or let other people use your account to stream.

No drugs/alcohol on camera

There should be no obvious indication that you are taking drugs or alcohol and no visible drug and/or alcohol paraphernalia in the stream including vapes.

No menstruation, vomit, feces, or urine

These are not permitted on live streams.

No bestiality

You can have your pets on camera, but you can't engage with them sexually or in a provocative manner.

No real uniforms

Cosplay outfits and fictional uniforms are permitted, however no "branded" costumes that represent an official company, organization (public, private, public service, NGO, or government). No outfits with a real name or badge of yourself or someone else.

Foreign objects as dildos and sex toys

For your own safety, we strongly discourage you from using anything that wasn't specifically designed to be a dildo.
